Position: Sales Lead - Vision AI SolutionLocation:India (Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bengaluru, or regional hubs)

Role OverviewBuild and manage high-quality pipeline for customers around India through direct prospecting, SI/channel partners, and OEM alliances.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Generation:Drive enterprise and government sales across assigned territories
- Pipeline Management:Build and maintain robust sales pipeline via multiple channels
- Full Sales Cycle:Lead discovery, solutioning, RFP/RFQ/tender response (GeM/CPP), negotiation, and closure
- Partner Ecosystem:Manage relationships with System Integrators (SIs), distributors, and OEM partners
- Pilot Execution:Orchestrate POCs with product/engineering teams, defining success criteria and ROI cases
- Territory Planning:Develop and execute strategic territory plans with accurate CRM forecasting
- Stakeholder Management:Maintain key relationships with government offices, PSUs, and enterprise CXOs
- Team Leadership:Hire and mentor 1-5 Account Executives/Business Development reps as growth warrants
Required Qualifications- Experience:3-9 years of B2B enterprise sales, with 2-4 years in CCTV/VMS/video analytics or AI/SaaS solutions
- Proven Track Record:Demonstrated wins in government/PSU and enterprise deals
- Technical Knowledge:Working understanding of computer vision concepts (VMS, edge/cloud analytics, RTSP/ONVIF)
- Partner Management:Strong SI and distributor relationship management skills
- Deal Execution:Expertise in complex deal execution and executive storytelling
- Tools Proficiency:Salesforce/Zoho CRM, Excel/Sheets, proposal/BoQ/SOW development
- Education:Bachelor's in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred)
- Travel:30-50%+ within assigned territory
