Let's Get Wed is a premium wedding photography & films brand based in Delhi NCR, known for timeless storytelling, refined aesthetics, and working with discerning couples and families across luxury, destination, and high-profile weddings.

We are expanding and looking for a results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Manager who understands how weddings work emotionally, culturally, and commercially.

Role Overview

This role is 100% revenue-focused.

You will be responsible for generating quality leads, nurturing inquiries, and converting them into confirmed bookings.

You are the bridge between interested couples confident clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation

• Handle inquiries from:
• Wedding planners & vendors
• Referrals & repeat clients
• Proactively build relationships with:
• Wedding planners
• Event designers
• Venue managers

Sales & Conversion

• Conduct client consultations (Zoom / calls / in-person)
• Present packages confidently (3L10L+ range)
• Understand client expectations & wedding scale
• Upsell albums, films, additional events & services
• Follow up systematically and close bookings
• Coordinate contracts, advances & booking confirmations

Client Relationship Management

• May or may not act as the first point of contact for clients
• Maintain professionalism with families & decision-makers
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to production team

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have

• Prior experience in wedding photography, wedding planning, or event sales
• Comfortable selling premium/luxury services
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Confident discussing budgets without hesitation
• Polite, and professional

• Photography skills
• Editing knowledge
• Social media content creation
