Mission:

To support the sales process by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. The role aims to generate quality leads that drive revenue growth and maintain accurate CRM data to facilitate sales effectiveness.

ACTIVITIES

  • Manages inbound leads across any available channels (Fime website, InMail, events)
  • Handles a high volume of outgoing calls to defined prospects effectively identifying their needs and positioning Fime as the ideal solution.
  • Identifies potential customers and initiate contact.
  • Assists the team in early-stage opportunities.
  • Assesses lead quality and nurture relationships until ready for sales handoff.
  • Qualifies leads through basic research and campaign tracking.
  • Records, maintains, and analyzes lead/prospect data.
  • Ensures CRM data is accurate and up to date under guidance.
  • Coordinates with inside sales and pre-sales teams for smooth lead handoff.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Initial experience across lead generation or sales support activities.
  • Familiarity with basic lead sources: email campaigns, social media, online research, event lists.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in scripted interactions.
  • Capable of reporting lead data under supervision.
  • Ability to resolve basic lead-related issues.
  • Collaborates effectively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Understands the commercial impact of leads.
  • Proficiency in local language (Kannada) + good English (oral & written).
