Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team at Whitefield Street, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and team management and will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, training, and motivation.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyze market trends.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick resolutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
