Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Offline Sales Expansion for Pan India to

lead our offline sales strategy and drive market growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing offline sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement an offline sales expansion strategy for the South region aligned with overall company objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership:

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on offline channels. Set clear goals and KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance, and provide necessary coaching and support.

Market Development:

Identify and establish partnerships with key offline distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the region.

Develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Sales Operations:

Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure effective implementation of sales processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Performance Analysis:

Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.

Customer Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
