Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales / Sales Intern, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads who have already enquired about wedding planning services. Your primary objective is to build rapport, establish brand trust, qualify intent, and convert enquiries into confirmed consultation meetings.
This is not a passive calling role. This is a relationship-building and persuasion role.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with inbound wedding enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Understand client requirements including budget, guest count, venue preference, and timelines
Build emotional connection and trust with potential clients
Position Wedsy as a premium, structured, and reliable wedding planning partner
Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward booking a consultation meeting
Maintain accurate lead notes in CRM
Follow structured follow-up cycles to maximise conversion
Coordinate internally with the sales and planning team for smooth handover
What We Expect
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong rapport-building and persuasion ability
Confidence in handling high-ticket service conversations
Emotional intelligence and ability to understand client psychology
Structured thinking and organised follow-up process
Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification
Comfortable speaking on calls for extended durations
