Job Description
Position: Sales Intern
Stipend: 10,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday fixed off
Duration: 3 Months Internship
Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives
PPO Opportunity: Performance-based Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of 4.5 LPA (Fixed)
Role & Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, messages, and online platforms
Explain products/services to potential customers
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Maintain sales records and update CRM/Excel sheets
Coordinate with the sales team for planning and strategy
Provide regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions
Skills Required
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Confidence while talking to customers
Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets)
