Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our sales team as Sales

Representatives. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their hiring

needs, and introducing Zepcruit's solutions. Internship experience in sales, business development,

SaaS, HRTech, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking
• Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain strong sales pipeline and update CRM tools daily
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree / Master's Degree preferred
• Internship experience in sales/business development is an advantage

• Work Mode: Onsite
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: 3.5-4 LPA
• Stipend:5,000-10,000rs-/Month
