Role Description:
The Sales Intern role at Weskill is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective students and institutional partners, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social media, and presenting Weskill's training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential learners, answering inquiries, providing accurate information about courses, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The intern will assist in maintaining customer records, tracking leads, and updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy. Additional tasks may include participating in marketing campaigns, attending events or campus drives, gathering feedback from learners, and collaborating with the training team to align sales messaging with program offerings.
