Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an After Sales Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting customers post-purchase, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include handling post-sales support, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction, and updating records related to services provided. You will also assist in maintaining organized documentation and contribute to process improvements as needed.
