Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Intern based in Gurugram. The Sales Intern will support the sales and business development team in generating leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting in closing travel bookings for individuals and corporate customers. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining travel packages, coordinating with operations and ticketing teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will assist in preparing sales presentations, participating in client meetings or calls, and gathering customer feedback to improve offerings. The role may also include supporting marketing activities, such as basic social media outreach or promotional campaigns, under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer Service and client relationship skills to handle inquiries professionally and ensure a positive experience.
  • Interest or foundational skills in Sales, with a willingness to learn sales techniques and support revenue-generating activities.
  • Ability to learn from Training and apply guidance from mentors and senior team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivation to understand basic Sales Management concepts, such as pipeline tracking and follow-up processes.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram.
