Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and supporting the sales process from enquiry to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.

* Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements for plants and décor.

* Recommend suitable plants, planters, and interior décor solutions based on customer needs and space.

* Handle customer enquiries and provide product/service information.

* Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.

* Support sales for home, balcony, office, and commercial spaces.

* Maintain and regularly update lead and customer records.

* Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, delivery, and installation.

* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

* Work towards assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident in speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp.

* Strong interest in sales and business development.

* Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

* Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

* Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.

 Stipend & Performance

* *First 45 Days:* ₹2,500/month stipend, subject to meeting the assigned performance/lead-generation targets.

* *After 45 Days:* ₹10,000/month stipend, based on performance and achievement of assigned sales targets.

* Additional performance-based incentives may be offered based on sales conversions and business generated.

* Targets and performance expectations will be communicated at the beginning of the internship.
