About Us: Mynaa Tech Services Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and growing company specializing in Gifting & Logistics. We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Intern to join our team. This role is crucial for expanding our network by on-boarding new transport and logistics partners. You will be responsible for outbound calling to transporters, clearly communicating the value of partnering with us, and managing the relationship to ensure a smooth and successful integration onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transporter Acquisition (Core Focus): Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups to potential transporters and logistics companies to secure new partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new partners, guiding them through the registration process and addressing all initial questions and concerns.
- Requirement Fulfillment: Understand the operational needs and challenges of transporters and coordinate internally to ensure their requirements (e.g., documentation, platform training, payment processes) are met promptly.
- Documentation & On-boarding: Collect, verify, and process necessary documentation for new partners to ensure compliance and a quick activation.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, call outcomes, and partner status in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new transporter acquisitions.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele-sales, or Customer Acquisition.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner. Fluency in Hindi and/or relevant regional language is a significant plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous exposure to or understanding of the logistics, trucking, or transportation sector is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in using a computer, basic MS Office tools (Excel/Word), and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Attitude: Must be a self-starter, highly energetic, and resilient, with a strong focus on achieving measurable targets.
