Role Objective

To onboard hotels, home-stays, and hospitality properties onto the Travifai platform under a free trial model, helping build a strong supply-side ecosystem for India's first collaborative travel network.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Business Communication

  • Call hotel owners / managers using provided or self-generated leads.
  • Introduce Travifai clearly as a technology-enabled booking facilitation platform.

Product & Value Explanation

Explain:

  • Platform features
  • Zero-commission model
  • Free trial benefits
  • Long-term visibility and booking potential

Property Onboarding

  • Guide hotel partners through:
  • Registration
  • Profile setup
  • Basic inventory and pricing upload
  • Ensure information accuracy (room types, amenities, policies).

Objection Handling

  • Address common concerns regarding:
  • Payments
  • Cancellations
  • OTA comparison
  • Trust & safety

Daily Reporting

  • Maintain records of:
  • Calls made
  • Interested leads
  • Successfully onboarded properties
  • Key objections and feedback

Market Feedback Sharing

  • Share real-time feedback from hotel owners to help refine product and messaging.
