Stipend: Up to 15,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site (Gurgaon)

Working Days:Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Week Off) 6 Days Working

Internship Duration: 4-6 Months

Full-Time Opportunity: High-performing interns will be offered a permanent role after the internship.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to build a strong career in sales & client management.

You will engage with potential buyers, generate leads, follow up through multiple channels, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and offline events.
  • Managing and nurturing leads in CRM with timely follow-ups.
  • Assisting the sales team in property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Market research on potential clients, competitors, and ongoing projects.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
  • Preparing reports related to leads, conversions, and sales performance.

Special Preference

Candidates who are camera-friendly, confident on video, and willing to participate in content creation, property walkthroughs, social media engagement, and personal branding activities will be given extra preference.

This role provides exposure to real-estate content creation, helping you build your on-screen presence and personal brand.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and presenting projects.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided).
  • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to explore the real estate industry.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and maintain professionalism.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or cold calling is a plus.
  • Camera-friendly personality is a major advantage.
