Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern

Location: Kada Agrahara, Hennur (Bangalore)

Work Mode:On-site

Duration: 3-Month Internship

Stipend: 7,000 - 10,000 per month (depending on performance)

We're a one-of-a-kind event production company with full in-house capabilities from sound, lights, LED walls, trussing, staging, to AV & projection systems all powered by top global brands and a passionate crew. We specialize in large-scale concerts, college fests, and touring shows for some of the most exciting artists and audiences in the country.

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and opportunities to expand the client base.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Follow up on meetings with existing clients to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team for client meetings and sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit daily performance reports.
• Assist in lead conversion and work closely with the team to drive sales results.
• Participate in creating and executing marketing strategies to boost sales performance.
• Achieve incentives based on sales closures and team targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., creating reports, tracking leads, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm for sales and marketing, with a passion for learning.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
