About Company-

We are a young brand, growing rapidly to serve healthy & fresh food & beverage. Our vision is to make healthy food accessible, without compromising on taste. We serve smoothies, shakes, refreshers & millet sandwiches. Everything we do is all-natural, preservative-free & fully transparent.

Our good-food ATMs are stationed in 40+ locations in Delhi NCR, Punjab & Bangalore including places like Amity university, Select City Walk, Worldmark Aerocity, Ambience mall, Max Group & Fortis group. We are also partners with food court aggregators like Smartq, Foodforum, Gokhanna. We have served 10 Lakh + orders and are on track to open 100 kiosks in this financial year.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Retail Sales at Partner Locations (Gyms & High Footfall Areas)

  • Drive daily retail sales at assigned kiosks, especially in gym locations.
  • Interact with customers and understand buying behavior.
  • Improve conversion through product recommendation and upselling.

2. Kiosk Profitability Management

  • Analyze sales vs operational costs of assigned kiosks.
  • Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to improve kiosk profitability.
  • Work on transforming non-performing kiosks into profitable outlets.

3. Customer Feedback & Persona Building

  • Collect structured customer feedback.
  • Identify buying patterns and create customer personas.
  • Provide insights that help improve product offerings and pricing.

4. Corporate Sales & Bulk Orders

  • Identify potential corporate clients, gyms, institutions, and offices.
  • Create a sales funnel for bulk orders and catering requirements.
  • Assist in pitching our products to organizations for recurring orders.

5. Machine Sales Support

  • Support the team in pitching automated kiosks / machines to potential partners.
  • Identify locations where machines can be deployed.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and sales proposals.

6. Retail Expansion Insights

  • Study new retail locations and assess sales potential.
  • Provide insights on improving visibility, branding, and conversions.
