We are a Pune based organization focused on building software products in the space of CRM, Wellness, Healthcare and Curated Market places. Products are focused on people, ideas, technology and innovation. AI has provided a great opportunity to add amazing intelligence to our products.

 

Role & responsibilities:

  • Visit prospects and customers in assigned areas
  • Demonstrate the software platform to the prospects, customers
  • Explain product features and benefits in a simple, clear manner
  • Address prospect, customer queries confidently and professionally
  • Assist the customers with onboarding and basic product training
  • Collect feedback and share insights with the product team
  • Maintain daily visit, demo, and follow-up reports

 

 Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Sales / Marketing background preferred (not mandatory)
  • Comfortable with face-to-face selling and field work
  • Good communication skills in Marathi/Hindi/English
  • Proactive, disciplined, and execution-focused mindset
  • Must own:

A laptop / smartphone

Reliable internet connection

Own vehicle and permanent driving license

  • Basic understanding of computers and software tools
  • Enjoys field sales and meeting new people
  • Willing to travel locally on a daily basis
  • Positive, disciplined, and self-driven
  • Quick learner and comfortable with technology
  • Freshers/students are welcome

 

What the Intern Will Learn

  • End-to-end B2B and B2B2C sales execution
  • Customer handling, objections, and conversion strategies

 

Performance Metrics

  • Daily customer interactions
  • Field visits completed
  • Leads generated and converted
  • Quality of follow-ups and reporting
