Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive business development through field activities. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting financial products, and managing client relationships from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to industrial areas, markets, and business hubs
• Identify MSMEs with funding requirements and generate new leads
• Promote services including Business Loans, CC, TL, and CGTMSE
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
• Meet clients to understand their financial requirements
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure timely communication
• Track application status and support in successful deal closures

Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to interact confidently with clients
• Willingness to travel for field work
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of financial products and loans preferred

Experience

• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
