We're Hiring Sales & Growth Intern @ OptiPhoenix

If you've ever wanted to learn how global B2B sales actually work, this is your chance.

At OptiPhoenix (OP), we help brands like The Collective, Taj Hotels, Livspace, Saada turn clicks into conversions through smart CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Now we're looking for driven, curious, and witty students to join us as Sales & Growth Interns.

What You Do

  • Run outreach campaigns across Email, LinkedIn & other channels for US & EU markets
  • Learn social selling (build a personal brand that gets replies!)
  • Research & identify ICP leads + buying signals
  • Write high-converting, human-first messages that open doors
  • Work closely with OP's leadership team on real growth experiments

What You'll Learn

  • How B2B startups actually grow
  • Real sales tools: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Psychology of persuasion & growth communication
  • 1:1 mentorship from OP's leadership (you'll learn more in 3 months than college ever could)
