Job Description

Job Title: Sales Intern

Location: Mumbai

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager / Sales Team Lead

Duration: 3-6 months

Stipend: 8000/- per month + Incentive

Type: Internship Paid

Job Summary:

As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to support lead generation, client communication, and sales strategy. You will gain hands-on experience in the sales process from prospecting to closing deals and will play a key role in helping the team meet its targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with identifying and generating new sales leads through research, outreach, and cold calling/emailing.
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls when appropriate.
  • Analyze sales data and generate insights to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Help manage and improve sales processes and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the sales department.

Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field/ Bachelors or Masters
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
