AllEvents is the world's largest event discovery and ticketing platform used by 20M+ people every month across 150+ countries. We help event organizers sell more tickets and reach the right audience — from comedy shows and workshops to concerts and conferences.

We're growing fast, and we need someone hungry to help us expand our network further in North America.

About the Role

This is a frontline sales role. You'll be reaching out to event organizers across the US and Canada, pitching AllEvents platform, and closing deals. You'll work US hours from India, which means late evening/night shifts and you'll need to be energized by that, not drained.

This is not a learn at your own pace internship. This is a high-intensity, hustle-first role where you'll be doing real outreach, handling real objections, and driving real revenue from week one.

What you'll do:

• Research and identify event organizers, venues, and promoters across North America

• Run outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls

• Pitch AllEvents ticketing and discovery platform to prospective organizers

• Manage your own pipeline and follow up relentlessly

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on what you hear in the market

• Hit weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets

Who this is for:

• You want to break into sales or you're actively transitioning your career into sales — this is your launchpad

• You're comfortable working flexible US shift hours (typically evenings/nights IST)

• You have a bias for action — you'd rather send 10 imperfect emails than spend a day crafting one perfect one

• You're competitive, self-motivated, and genuinely hungry to prove yourself

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are non-negotiable

• If you're looking for a 9-to-5 with predictable routines, this isn't it

• If you need constant hand-holding or structured training before you act, you'll struggle here

• If work-life balance is your top priority right now, we respect that — but this role demands more
