Nayku is a fast-growing platform connecting users with trusted service professionals (like astrologers, wellness experts, etc.). We are focused on building a strong customer base through personalized experiences and quality service.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Intern who can help us grow our user base by engaging directly with customers, explaining our services, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms

Explain Nayku services and onboard new users

Handle customer queries and follow-ups

Assist in executing sales campaigns and offers

Maintain daily reports of leads and conversions

Work closely with marketing and product teams for feedback

Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi + English)

Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality

Basic understanding of sales / willingness to learn

Comfortable using smartphone, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets

Prior sales or customer interaction experience is a plus
