Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role in Gurugram. The Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting the sales team by assisting with lead generation, reaching out to potential clients, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, participating in training programs, and learning key sales strategies and management techniques to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficient communication skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Customer service expertise to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Foundational skills or a strong interest in sales, including lead generation and closing deals
  • Willingness to participate in training sessions to further develop sales knowledge and technical expertise
  • An eagerness to learn and gain insights into sales management techniques
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
