Our observability platform is designed to provide AI-based real-time monitoring and alerting capabilities and advanced analytics, and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Mining & Prospect Research
- Identify potential leads and accounts using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, etc..
- Collect and validate company and contact data (email, title, region, tech stack, etc.).
- Segment leads based on industry, company size, and use case relevance.
- Research target accounts to understand their business, tech stack, and observability tools in use.
2. Sales Support & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and updated data in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Assist in preparing outreach lists for SDRs and Account Executives.
- Support the creation of sales reports and dashboards for tracking pipeline health.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
3. Market Intelligence
- Track industry trends, competitor updates, and technology adoption patterns.
- Share insights that help refine targeting and messaging strategies.
4. Administrative Support
- Help organize meetings, demos, and internal coordination for sales activities.
- Support the documentation with word and a presentation.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about SaaS, B2B sales, and the observability domain.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
