Role Overview
We are hiring a
Business Development Executive (BDE) for our
Mohali office to help expand RChilli's reach across India and global markets. This role is ideal for a
young, ambitious professional with
6 months to 1 year of sales or business development experience who is eager to build a career in
SaaS and HR Tech. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our sales growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to new leads through online research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for prospects.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Keep CRM records up to date with lead and client information.
- Work with the marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns in India and global markets.
- Learn and understand RChilli's HR Tech products to confidently present them to clients.
- Achieve entry-level sales targets and contribute to pipeline development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (SaaS/HR Tech preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
- Eagerness to learn, with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup.
