Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Intern will support the admissions and sales team in engaging prospective learners, explaining program offerings, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, scheduling and conducting initial consultations, and maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system. The role also involves assisting with outreach campaigns, participating in events or seminars, and collecting feedback from prospective and enrolled learners to improve the sales approach. The Sales Intern will collaborate closely with training, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective students.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with prospective learners and stakeholders.
  • Foundational Sales skills, including lead qualification, follow-up, and relationship building.
  • Interest or basic exposure to Sales Management concepts, such as pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Willingness to learn about Training and education services, particularly language and career-focused programs.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with all learners.
