Role Description

The Sales Intern will assist in building and fostering relationships with clients, analyzing customer needs, and supporting the sales team to meet targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, updating customer information, following up with potential leads, and supporting the sales funnel. The intern will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and promote HIREKARMA's offerings effectively. This is an on-site internship role based in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interactions and relationship management
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to support sales-focused activities and achieve targets
  • Capability to participate in Training and learning new methodologies relevant to the sales process
  • Basic knowledge in data reporting and CRM software is a plus
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
