Sales Intern

Dream Nxt Homes Realty is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Sales Interns to join our Sales & Business Development team in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and connect with potential property buyers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Explain real estate projects and recommend suitable properties.
• Coordinate customer meetings and property site visits.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Maintain and update lead records, customer details, and follow-up status in Google Sheets or CRM.
• Research property projects, locations, and market trends.
• Work with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in real estate sales and business development.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Office is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a goal-oriented mindset.
