Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an Inside Sales Intern located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, assisting in developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Day-to-day activities include engaging with potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, following up on inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and preparing regular reports on sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
