About the Role
This is a high-ownership, high-reward opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys sales and wants to build real experience closing B2B deals in the AI and digital services space. As a Business Development Associate at SAGEDO, you will own the complete sales cycle from identifying the right prospects to converting them into paying clients. You will be the first point of contact for businesses that need what we offer, and your ability to listen, communicate value, and close will directly determine your earnings.
This role is fully remote and performance-based. There is no fixed salary. Your income is directly tied to the deals you close, with no upper limit.
What You Will Be Doing
You will identify potential clients through LinkedIn, cold email, WhatsApp outreach, and referrals. You will initiate conversations with founders and business owners, understand their specific operational challenges, and position SAGEDO's services as the right solution. You will manage the entire conversation from first contact to signed agreement, then hand off the closed deal to our delivery team with a complete brief. You will maintain an updated lead tracker and attend a short weekly sync to align on pipeline and priorities.
Earnings and Commission
Your commission is calculated on the net payment received by SAGEDO. For deals between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 20,000, you earn 15 percent of the deal value. For deals between Rs. 20,001 and Rs. 50,000, you earn 12 percent. For deals above Rs. 50,000, you earn 10 percent. Commissions are transferred to your bank account within seven working days of SAGEDO receiving full client payment. There is no cap on monthly earnings. Consistent performers are rewarded with higher commission tiers and early access to new SAGEDO service launches.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who communicates confidently, handles rejection without losing momentum, and follows up consistently without being told to. You should be comfortable reaching out to people you have never met and building genuine conversations from scratch. A basic understanding of digital marketing, AI tools, or business operations will help you pitch more credibly, but it is not a prerequisite. We will equip you with everything you need to represent SAGEDO well.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field is preferred. Final-year students are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales, business development, or any client-facing role is an advantage. Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Proficiency in additional regional languages is a strong plus.

Important Note
This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment contract. TDS will be deducted under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act where applicable. A PAN number is required before your first commission payment.
