Job Description:

  • Managing an entire portfolio of brands assigned along with monitoring JAM & SAM
  • Identify digital landscape for the brands and create strategies to grow the business.
  • Taking morning & evening reviews with the team.
  • Reporting to Sales Head and weekly review with CEO.
  • Should be a good team player & should have experience in handling team of 5-6 people.
  • Should have good communication & Negotiation skill.
  • Coordinating with several teams to ensure smooth work flow.
  • Should have hands on experience of working on Amazon & Flipkart.
  • Should have good track record of delivering the targets assigned.
  • Sales ownership of Primary portals.
  • Managing new portals with BuyMore.
  • End to end coordination for the launch as per SOP's.
  • Managing a team of Jr Portal AMs.
  • Negotiating with the Vendors on Commercial feasibility.

KRA

  • Manage and mentor a small team of 7-10 people to ensure various campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and on budget
  • Analyse and provide insight around site traffic and other key ecommerce metrics with buymore analytics dashboards and relevant business tools.
  • Oversee the performance of their PORTFOLIO and results on plan of action taken to drive strategies, set bench marks and report on opportunities and insight daily, weekly.
  • Produce, develop and implement leading online sales strategies, including: Ecommerce, D2C and marketing.
  • Manage initiatives aimed at increasing traffic , develop and lead the organisation
  • Manage and ensure accountability of internal and external resources.

Qualification:

  • Engineer/BBM/BSC, Min above 65% in 10th, 12th and Engineering.
  • Master's Degree in Marketing/Sales is preferred.
  • Very Good vocabulary in English and Hindi.
  • Microsoft Excel (Very Good hold on excel usage).
  • Experience of 3-5 years.
  • Maintains a To-Do List.
