Sales Intern

BatteryPool is building India's battery monetization and distribution platform for electric mobility — enabling affordable battery access through Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS), financing, and payment technology. We're scaling with a lean, AI-driven operations engine, not headcount.

What You'll Do

• Connect with potential customers and understand if they're the right fit.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to keep conversations moving.
• Support existing customers and help ensure they have a great experience.
• Maintain simple trackers, reports, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate with teams like Operations, Product, and Finance to get things done smoothly.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas that help the business grow.
• Learn how B2B sales and customer relationships work in a fast-growing startup.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone excited to build a career in Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Partnerships.
• A strong communicator who enjoys talking to people and solving problems.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing track.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and open to learning CRM and AI tools.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup where every day is different.
