Internship Opportunity: Sales And Marketing Intern

Location: Koregaon Park, Pune (On-site | 5 Days a Week | Work from Office Only)

Type: Full-Time Internship Duration: Minimum 3 Months

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Stipend: 10,000 per month (Paid Internship)

Certificate: Internship Certificate upon successful completion and final report submission

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ocean.io, and Prospeo
• Research companies and decision-makers before outreach
• Carry out account and contact profiling (industry, revenue, role, contact details, etc.)
• Maintain and clean marketing databases using Excel or Google Sheets
• Present findings and compiled research reports to supervisors
• Assist with benchmarking reports and competitor analysis
• Support ongoing marketing campaigns (emails, webinars, events) with accurate data
• Use tools like Apollo.io, Snov.io, ChatGPT, and other internet applications for research and profiling
• Run outbound via calls, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects against ICP
• Build relationships with founders and CXOs on LinkedIn
• Maintain same-day CRM discipline
• Report actively and apply feedback from call reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BBA, any graduate) or MBA (completed)

• Freshers only (No prior formal work experience required, but must be familiar with software tools)
