We are hiring high-performance Remote Inside Sales Interns who thrive on targets, understand persuasion, and want unlimited earning potential based purely on results.
This role is especially suited for freshers who are eager to build a strong foundation in sales and want hands-on exposure to real deal closures from day one.

Long-term role within Axlerator
What You'll Do
Own the Sales Pipeline
Engage assigned leads via outbound and follow-up calls
Manage, nurture, and convert high-intent prospects
Maintain structured follow-ups until closure
Daily Performance Target
Goal: Generate a minimum of 4 genuine, purchase-ready prospects daily
If 4 qualified leads are not generated within 20 calls, calling volume increases as required to meet the qualification target
(We prioritize quality lead qualification over fixed call limits.)
Close Deals
Understand buyer needs and match them with the right vehicle
Handle objections confidently
Drive conversations toward successful deal closure
Data-Driven Selling
Track calls, conversions, and follow-ups
Identify bottlenecks and improve your closing ratio
Maintain accurate CRM records
Who You Are
A natural closer, you see no as the start of negotiation
Strong communicator with empathy and clarity
Target-driven and disciplined in a remote setup
Comfortable with performance-based earnings
Patient listener who can handle business owners professionally
Self-managed and output-focused
Freshers are strongly preferred. Prior inside sales or telecalling experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
