Job Description

The total duration of this internship is 5 months with an unpaid probation period of 3 months. These are the company's expectations from the intern :

1. Actively perform cold calling to hospitals, clinics, and individual doctors to introduce Docr services.

2. Generate leads through outbound calls, walk-ins, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline.

3. Conduct product demos for doctors and clinic staff, explaining platform benefits and workflows clearly.

4. Convert leads into active subscriptions using structured follow-ups and relationship building.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and conversion status in CRM or internal tracking tools.

6. Understand doctor pain points and effectively pitch Docr solutions tailored to their clinic needs.

7. Meet weekly and monthly acquisition targets as assigned by the sales manager.

8. Coordinate with the onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth doctor activation.

9. Collect field feedback and competitor insights to improve sales strategy and product positioning.

10. Uphold ethical sales practices and represent the Docr brand professionally at all times.
