Sales Intern

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for 5 Sales Interns under our 6-Month Mentor-Led Internship Program, designed to provide students with practical industry exposure, professional mentorship and hands-on experience in Sales and Business Development.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

Position: Sales Intern

Number of Vacancies: 5

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Preferred Background: BBA / Business Management

Program: Mentor-Led Internship Program

Note: No Sales Target During Internship

There will be NO mandatory sales target for interns during the entire 6-month internship period.

The focus of the internship is on learning, skill development, professional conduct, practical exposure and understanding the sales and business development process.

Students will be encouraged to learn and participate in real business activities under the guidance of their mentors without the pressure of mandatory sales targets.

MENTOR

The program will be mentored by Mr. Abhishake De Sarkar, Founder & Director – Advent Group.

Interns will receive structured mentorship and practical exposure to business development, sales strategy, client communication, relationship management and professional workplace practices.

On successful completion of the 6-month internship, each intern will undergo a final performance evaluation based on their overall performance, learning, communication, discipline, initiative, participation, professional conduct and contribution during the internship.

A – Outstanding

Job Offer – ₹25,000/month

B – Very Good

Job Offer – ₹20,000/month

C – Satisfactory

Job Offer – ₹15,000/month

D – Needs Improvement

Internship Completion Certificate Only
