Sales Intern
Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Role Objective
Support business development by assisting in lead generation, client coordination, follow-ups, and on-ground sales activities for facility management and engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients across:
Corporate Offices & IT Parks
Hospitals & Healthcare
Manufacturing & Pharma
Commercial & Residential Buildings
Cold calling & follow-ups
Lead verification and data updating
Coordinating meetings and site visits
2. Sales Support & Client Coordination
Assist in proposals, quotations & presentations
Coordinate meetings and discussions with clients
Follow up for feedback and deal progression
3. Product & Market Understanding
Learn services like:
Facility Management
HVAC Operations & Maintenance
Air Duct Cleaning
Engineering Services
Understand client requirements and business needs
4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain lead and follow-up records
Update daily/weekly trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
Share progress reports with management
5. Internal Coordination
Work closely with:
Sales Team
Marketing Team
Operations Team
Ensure smooth internal communication
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of leads contacted & followed up
Quality of coordination and data accuracy
Timely follow-ups
Learning attitude and initiative
Contribution to sales pipeline
