This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant in Gurugram. The Real Estate Consultant will guide clients through property transactions, from prospecting and identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, staying updated on market trends, conducting property evaluations, and providing expert advice to maximize client investments.

• Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and a strong understanding of the property market
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively represent clients and close deals
• Experience in providing customized Training to educate clients on real estate processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster long-term client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in real estate or consultancy is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Gurugram's real estate market is a significant advantage
