We are looking for a Sales Interior Designer who can handle client-facing design discussions while actively driving closures. This role requires a balance of design understanding, client communication, and sales execution. Candidates must be comfortable working with real customers, site constraints, budgets, and timelines typical of residential interior projects in NCR.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and assigned leads for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and full home interiors.
- Conduct client consultations (office, site, or virtual) to understand requirements and budgets.
- Create basic-to-detailed layouts and 3D designs using tools like AutoCAD / SketchUp / 3ds Max (or similar).
- Present design concepts clearly and revise designs based on client feedback.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and cost breakdowns aligned with company pricing.
- Drive sales closures and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the execution and factory teams after deal closure.
- Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines, materials, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in interior design sales or residential interiors.
- Strong understanding of modular kitchen and wardrobe systems.
- Working knowledge of materials, finishes, and pricing.
- Proficiency in at least one design software (AutoCAD mandatory; 3D tools preferred).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Practical approach to design, not purely conceptual.
- Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
