Hiring: Senior Interior Designer & Sales

Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (2nd & 4th Sunday Off)

We are hiring on behalf of a leading interior architecture firm for a full-time position that requires strong expertise in Interior Design along with the ability to manage Sales and Business Development activities. The ideal candidate is a design professional who can confidently handle clients, generate business, and deliver high-quality interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design
  • Develop and execute design concepts from initial idea to final installation.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings, layouts, and architectural plans.
  • Manage space planning, material selection, and FF&E coordination.
  • Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure timely, high-quality project execution.

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Understand client requirements and present design services confidently.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, prepare proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
  • Follow up actively to drive timely deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate lead, client, and CRM records.
  • Represent the studio during client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional interior design experience with exposure or interest in sales.
  • Proficiency in 3D software is a MUST
  • (SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion or equivalent).
  • Strong command of AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a client-centric mindset.
  • Good understanding of the Delhi NCR market and willingness to travel locally.
