Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales:

Identify, engage, and convert new business leads through cold calls, emails, social outreach, industry events, and inbound queries.

Prepare customized sales pitches and conduct product/service demos tailored to specific client needs.

Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads to ensure consistent revenue flow.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Devise and execute sales strategies to penetrate target markets (D2C brands, agencies, e-commerce players, etc.).

Analyze customer segments and market trends to refine targeting approaches.

Track and report on lead conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and campaign ROI to optimize sales

effectiveness.

Client Consultation & Solutioning:

Act as a consultant to clients by understanding their brand objectives, challenges, and campaign goals.

Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, talent) to develop tailor-made influencer marketing plans.

Provide strategic input on influencer selection, content direction, and platform mix to maximize impact.

End-to-End Campaign Coordination:

Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution teams by sharing complete campaign briefs and client expectations.

Support in resolving client concerns during campaign execution when necessary.

Monitor campaign progress to ensure alignment with agreed deliverables and timelines.

Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with key clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients post-campaign.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional services or larger campaign scopes.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity records in CRM tools.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecast revenue pipelines, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Assist in the creation of case studies and success stories based on completed campaigns.

Collaboration & Team Support:

Work closely with other business development executives, account managers, and senior leadership to align on goals and share best practices.

Support in mentoring junior team members or interns as needed.

Industry Awareness & Networking:

Stay informed about trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and the creator economy.

Attend industry events, webinars, and brand networking meets to increase visibility and stay competitive.

Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning to refine your sales approach.
