RoleOverview
We're seeking a drivenSales &Implementation Executiveto expand Xenon's customer base and ensure every new client is set up for success. In this hybrid role you'll combine consultative selling with handson product implementationowning the relationship from first demo through successful golive. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback and continuously refine our offering.
KeyResponsibilities
Sales
Identify and qualify leads via outbound outreach, events, and inbound inquiries.
Conduct product demos tailored to prospects pain points.
Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
Implementation
Lead onboarding workshops and configure the Xenon platform to align with each dealership's workflows.
Coordinate data migration, user training, and system golive activities.
Monitor earlystage adoption, resolve issues, and ensure customers achieve timetovalue quickly.
Account Growth
Build longterm relationships, uncover upsell opportunities, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Relay customer feedback to product, engineering, and support teams.
Contribute to playbooks and bestpractice documentation.
