We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Sales HR Executive to strengthen
our growing Sales organization.
This role will closely work with Sales Leadership (SOASMRSMNSM structure) and
ensure strong recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and compensation discipline
across territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Sales Focus)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment of Sales Officers (SO), ASMs, and RSMs
- Understand role expectations and identify relevant field sales talent
- Conduct first-level interviews (sales fundamentals, territory handling, channel knowledge)
- Coordinate and align final interviews with NSM
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies to avoid territory gaps
2. Onboarding & Training
- Conduct structured onboarding for new sales hires
- Provide training on:
- - Bizom (SFA system)
- - Reporting discipline
- - Company work ethics and field expectations
- Ensure proper documentation and joining compliance
3. Sales Monitoring Support
- Track daily SO activities (PJP adherence, beat coverage, call average, order booking)
- Support ASM/SM in monitoring productivity
- Identify execution gaps and assist in corrective action planning
4. Compensation & Incentives
- Verify salary structure, TA/DA, and reimbursements
- Support incentive calculation and performance tracking
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in payouts
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Sales hierarchy and General Trade (GT) model
- Experience in FMCG or a distribution-driven setup preferred
- Knowledge of SFA tools (Bizom preferred)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Analytical mindset with structured reporting discipline
- Good communication skills
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
- 25 years of experience in an HR role supporting Sales teams
- Experience in FMCG / field sales ecosystem preferred
