Job Title: Sales Head Study Abroad
Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head Study Abroad to lead and manage our overseas education sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving enrollments, managing counseling teams, and ensuring strong product knowledge of study destinations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Education Counselors, Destination Managers, and Country Specialists
- Drive sales targets for study abroad programs
- Ensure high-quality student counseling and conversion
- Maintain strong product knowledge of at least 12 study destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, USA,Europe etc.)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase admissions
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training
- Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams
Requirements:- Proven experience in Study Abroad sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of one or two countries as a sales/product specialist
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Preferred Background:- Experience working with an overseas education consultancy
- Prior role as Team Leader / Sales Manager / Country Head is a plus
