Sales leader + Business Development


Roles & Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets for the Company

2. Attend important conference & Represent the Company at events

3. Generate leads, Managing the sales pipeline, Concluding sales

4. Customer relationship management during execution and solve relevant

Issues, and after sales relationship for the relevant issues and future Business

5. Building and Leading the Sales team in getting the best performance and in Being Responsible

for their Performance & Discipline

6. Ensuring the Company B rand targets are achieved and Company values and polices are strictly

adhered to.

7. Coordinate with Finance, Execution, and other required team and ensuring liasoing is done

required area for getting better experience in client for getting the recent payment and Relevant

as from customer.


Qualification:


BE or B tech in Electrical Or Diploma in Electrical


Skills:

Brand building

Sales closing

Leading teams

Content creation

Industrial relations

Regulatory know how in Solar

Technical knowledge in solar

Technical knowledge in Electricals


Experience:

Min 5 10 years Experience in Renewable energy / Power electronics / Electronic compound sales in B to B


Ready to : Travel Rigorously
