Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to drive performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Should have the financial sales background.
  • Should be confident, energetic, organized and resilient, as even the most accomplished sales people face rejection on a regular basis. Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
