Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Head specialising in School Partnerships within the Preschool Segment. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships with schools, overseeing sales performance, leading and mentoring a dynamic sales team, and managing key accounts. The role also involves analysing market trends, developing client relationships, and creating sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Visible experience in working with the school ecosystem.
  • Experience in Account Management and building long-term, trusting relationships with clients
  • Excellent Team Management and leadership skills, including mentoring and aligning team performance with organisational goals
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the education sector or a similar industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management abilities
