Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our Quality division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets for our quality products and services. This role demands a deep understanding of the quality sector, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the Quality division.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets, provide coaching and mentoring, and conduct regular performance assessments.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture to foster motivation and engagement.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.
- Product Knowledge:
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the quality industry, including quality management systems, certifications, and relevant standards.
- Provide guidance to the sales team on effectively communicating the value proposition of our quality products and services.
- Revenue Generation:
- Drive the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets for quality products and services.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and product/service enhancements.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget for the Quality division.
- Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement cost-control measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the quality industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, certifications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
