Break objectives month-wise, week-wise, and day-wise and ensure reporting compliance
Manage, train, motivate, and control the sales force across territories
Conduct regular sales and business reviews for Territory Managers and their teams
Fill vacancies in the territory with support from Head Sales and HR
Execute all market plans as agreed and report periodically to Head Sales
Coordinate and execute marketing and brand activities in the territory
Identify and create new retailer points in untapped markets
